Ross Murray

Ross is an experienced consultant and project manager, with strong analytical skills and experience supporting a range of public services.

Before joining Mutual Ventures, Ross worked as for a consultancy specialising in research and evaluation. He is experienced using a range of methodologies to evidence impact on children’s services, healthcare and criminal justice across central government, local authorities, the NHS, and the third sector.

Ross has completed the Unlocked Graduates Leadership Development Programme. This included working on the frontline as a Prison Officer with young offenders, gang members, sexual offenders, and extremist prisoners. During this time, Ross was a ‘Becoming Trauma Informed' instructor, running training on awareness of trauma and helping practitioners integrate a trauma informed approach into their practice.

Outside of work, Ross is usually found enjoying time with friends, appreciating a coffee in one of London’s parks, or with his head in a book.
