Paul Clarke

Paul is a CIPFA qualified accountant with 20 years’ of public sector accountancy and project management experience across a range of organisations and business areas. He has management accounting experience from a capital and revenue side, as both accountancy support and as a budget manager.

Paul is a highly experienced financial and economic modeller with expertise in developing robust, compelling and prudent five case business cases. Paul plays an integral role as part of our multi-disciplinary team that supports local authorities to develop regeneration strategies, investment plans and funding applications.

Most recently, Paul was heavily involved in the development of numerous Levelling Up Fund bids and associated strategies, in addition to supporting councils to develop their UK Shared Prosperity investment plans.
