Matt Carter

Matt Carter is a Senior Consultant at Mutual Ventures. He has 16 years’ experience working in NHS and Local Authority environments, from both a public sector and consultancy perspective, including Unitary Authorities, Hospitals, Community Providers and Clinical Commissioning Groups. Matt has a strong track record in managing and evaluating programmes across the NHS and Local Government, including complete pathway redesign, health and social care integration, and new models of care.

Matt is seen as a trusted advisor on service transformation, improvement, redesign and implementation across complex systems, including acute, community, mental health and primary care sectors. Matthew is passionate about enabling collaboration across stakeholder groups and organisational boundaries. He excels at developing robust, lasting and trusting relationships and managing complex and sensitive information. He is delivery focused and committed to achieving positive outcomes for service users and carers.

Matt lives in East Yorkshire, where he enjoys hiking with his two boys, photography, writing and editing film reviews, and indulging in good food.
