Mark Bandalli

Mark is an experienced project manager and consultant with excellent knowledge of local government. Mark’s experience includes managing major transformational projects involving the planning and establishment of innovative alternative delivery models, including Local Authority Trading Companies, Community Joint Ventures, Charitable Trusts and Community Interest Companies across a range of service areas (Adult Education, Children’s Services, Adult Health and Social Care and Building Control).

He has direct experience of working within the public sector, having worked for several Local Authorities over a 10 year period. As a result, Mark has significant experience in leading public sector commissioning and procurement processes, preparing for external inspections, strengthening relations with internal and external stakeholders and managing projects and contracts involving a range of private, public and third sector organisations.

Away from work, Mark is a passionate cricket player and supported. He recently captained his local league cricket club (2 relegations in 4 years) and follows the England cricket team around the world. Mark also enjoys golf, rugby and developing his limited DIY skills.
