Graham Bright

Graham is an experienced programme manager and specialist in financial modelling. He has strong financial analysis and transition planning skills, having worked with within local government, education, healthcare, justice, telecommunications, defence and transport sectors to identify and deliver significant savings and performance improvement.

Graham was the Programme Manager for the implementation of 3,500 Sure Start children’s centres, has worked with Mutual Ventures as a coach on the Children’s Social Care Innovation Programme, and provided due diligence on the set up of a new local authority owned children’s services company in Sunderland.
