Gill Callingham

Gill is an experienced senior manager with over 30 years of public sector practice. She has an extensive track record of delivery in housing, economic and physical regeneration and partnership working for the benefit of communities and business. She has a track record of successfully delivering multimillion pound regeneration programmes working with the public and private sector.
Gill has previously held senior roles within councils, including as Director of Growth. Through these roles, Gill has experience in leading council strategy development and delivery across areas including housing, economic development, regeneration and property. Her key strength lies in her ability to shape strategic and operation delivery plans to meet the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Most recently, Gill has supported councils to develop their UK Shared Prosperity investment plans.
