Catriona McKimmie

Catriona joined Mutual Ventures after five years at a boutique management consultancy. She has worked across several central government departments, focusing on service design, procurement, IT and process transformation. At her prior firm she also held positions on the employee ownership board and managed a process for gathering employee insights on strategy and culture.

Catriona graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Human Geography & Management. She is motivated by working on impactful, citizen-facing projects. In her spare time she enjoys exploring new running routes around London, perfecting her sourdough recipe and spending time with friends.
