Anya Kemble

Anya joined Mutual Ventures after five years working in five departments across central government. Her experience includes a range of policy, project and digital roles which have influenced her passion to put the public at the heart of public services.

In her most recent role, Anya worked to address criminal justice policy priorities, delivering short to medium term projects, and identifying solutions to complex policy problems. Prior to her work within criminal justice, Anya worked with government digital delivery teams to help bring the experience of the user to the fore. Anya also worked on a flagship government Covid-19 programme, ensuring children and young people continued to have access to learning during lockdowns.

Outside of work, Anya volunteers as a tutor for The Access Project, supporting disadvantaged young people to get to top universities. She enjoys swimming, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
