Alisha Rao

Alisha joined Mutual Ventures with a background in public and third sector consulting in Australia. She is passionate about improving outcomes for communities through genuine human-centred approaches that place local citizens at the heart of public service design.

Alisha began her career in Australia, working for a government department providing financial assistance to victims of crime. Subsequently, she joined a management consultancy working alongside higher education, central government and local council clients to conduct qualitative research and strategy projects. Most recently, she worked for social impact consultancy and sustainability venture builder bringing organisations together to retrofit social housing at scale.

Alisha has a Bachelors degree in Law and Commerce from Monash University in Australia.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and exploring London with her dog.
