We are increasing the range of services we offer

To help public service leaders prepare for an uncertain future, we are increasing the range of services we offer to our clients.

You may know us for our expertise in developing and growing alternative delivery models such as local authority trading companies and staff led mutuals etc. We will still continue to offer this support – but this is not the only answer to the issues public services are facing.

As always, our approach is based on our knowledge and commitment to public services and a ‘can do’ spirit. We understand that every client faces their own challenges and our team will work in partnership with you to find a solution that fits. We have brought in some fantastic new team members who have experience in strategy, performance improvement and service transformation to complement our existing services.

You may need support developing an overarching Strategy for your services. You may require Service Transformation or Performance Improvement advice to design and implement the best systems and practice. A New Delivery Model might be the best option for your service. You may need support to maximise growth through partnerships or to raise investment and demonstrate your impact to make your services more sustainable.
