Being able to communicate the role and benefits of your services is critical. But many public services struggle to articulate their full value - to users, colleagues and the wider public.
Adopting a storytelling approach is an effective tool to help you address this, change perceptions and put the voice of service users at the centre. Stories are powerful because they change people’s minds and hearts. Storytelling is an essential human need and an important strategy for change.
