Radical Reformers ep.1: Sophie Humphreys, Founder, Pause CIC

In this, the very first episode of Radical Reformers, I speak to Sophie Humphreys. Sophie is a Radical Reformer in the truest sense of the word. She is the co-founder of a number of innovative public service programmes which support extremely vulnerable and hard to reach people. That could be young people who have gotten into a re-offending cycle (WIT - Whatever It Takes) or women who have had multiple babies removed into care (www.pause.org.uk/).

Sophie’s overarching philosophy is that with the right intensive and skilled support those cycles can be broken.

If you are interested in designing public policy to help the most vulnerable or if you work closer to the front line and want some practical advice on how to implement programmes that work - then this episode is definitely for you.
