MV welcomes Professor Donna Hall and Catharine Berwick to our Board of Directors.
MV is delighted to say that Professor Donna Hall and Catharine Berwick are joining our Board. They will advise on the strategic direction of the organisation, challenge and support the Executive Directors and the Leadership Team, and act as a mentor to the wider team.
Donna is currently the Chair of New Local and adult social care provider PossAbilities, having been the Chief Executive of Wigan Council and the Chair of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. Donna pioneered the radical “Wigan Deal” and remains a major voice in public service reform circles.
Donna commented:
I’m a long time admirer of Mutual Ventures going back to the early days of their set up. They are a forward-thinking team with strong values and when working with central and local government, Integrated Care Systems and others they always start with the person & their experience, using this to change for the better. They are a diverse, young and energetic team and I’m really looking forward to working with them as a NED.
Catharine is a former Partner at PA Consulting where she led the Healthcare team across the UK & Ireland, Europe and the Middle East for period of 10 years. Catharine’s experience of growing a consultancy practice in the right way will be of huge value to the MV team.

I am delighted to be joining MV as a NED. From my first interaction with the leadership group, and then with some of the consultants, I was excited by the commitment shown to being part of the team at MV and the passion for the work MV does with its clients. To be part of MV’s growth journey so that more clients can benefit from the skill of the team will be great fun as well as a privilege.
