Libraries: alternative delivery models toolkit

Mutual Ventures has developed a toolkit to support library service managers, council commissioners and other stakeholders to consider a range of alternative delivery model options for their services.

It was produced by the Optimo Partnership, on behalf of the Libraries Taskforce and Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. It draws on the real life experiences of four library services that have spun out of their councils.

The Optimo Partnership includes Explore York Libraries & Archives, Inspire Culture, Learning and Libraries (Nottingham), Libraries Unlimited (Devon), Suffolk Libraries, and Mutual Ventures.
