Free webinar: Mapping the road ahead - Reflections from hub leaders

Writer's picture: Mutual VenturesMutual Ventures

Watch the final session in our Regional Fostering Recruitment Learning Events as we share learning from the DfE’s Recruitment and Retention Programme.

Now that ten fostering recruitment support hubs are up-and-running and the government has announced additional funding so that every local authority has access to a hub, what’s next?

In this session, we were joined by those involved in recruitment support hubs in a panel discussion to reflect on the progress made so far, and explore key priorities and aspirations for the future

We reflected on key lessons learned during design, implementation and launch of fostering recruitment support hubs that other local authorities can consider as they look to establish, or join, hubs in their region.

MV’s Senior Consultant Hannah Sampson was joined by:

  • Sharon Cooper, Assistant Director/Strategic Lead – Children in Care and Care Leavers, Warrington part of Foster4

  • Christopher James, Assistant Team Manager, Foster with North East

  • Anya Kemble, Senior Consultant, Mutual Ventures
