Introducing Mutual Ventures' Career Ready Curriculum for young people preparing to enter the workplace.
The Career Ready Curriculum (CRC) is a training resource designed to support care leavers aged 18-25 years old who are preparing to enter the workforce. It has been produced by Mutual Ventures, with input and feedback from The Fostering Network to ensure that it is suitable for young people in care and care leavers.
The CRC is delivered across four 45-minute sessions, focusing on goal setting, personal brand, job application, and interview.
The CRC is intended as a public resource. It can be used free of charge by any individual or organisation as part of our committment to social value. Examples of how it can be used include:
Individuals accessing the resources and templates
Organisations using the resources as part of a group session
Organisations adapting the resources to use in their own advice and support
Organisations embedding the training videos on their website
