Mutual Ventures has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
The AI DPS allows public sector bodies and agencies to procure services on Artificial Intelligence, whatever stage of they are at.
Mutual Ventures specialises in 'discovery' services. If you are new to AI, you can use the DPS to commission projects on understanding AI and how it can benefit your organisation.
The type of technology the framework applies to includes AI software applications, machine-learning to help with data analytics, intelligent virtual assistants and intelligent personal assistants.
The CCS framework supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services and is valid until November 2024.
Andrew Laird, MV's Managing Director, welcomed the news:
"AI is exciting and has the potential to reshape services provided by councils, the NHS, central government, and other public bodies. But it must be approached in the right way, underpinned by the right values, and with an understanding of its strengths and weaknesses. We hope to work through this framework to help public services make the most of AI to improve services, make them more sustainable and be more connected to communities."
